The Singapore International Photography Festival (SIPF) is a worldwide biennial gathering of minds commonly pursuing the advancement and appreciation of photography. As an arena for critical thought and academic discussion on photography in Southeast Asia, SIPF also functions as a platform to nurture and propel photographers onto the international stage.

This biennial festival strives to be the much needed platform for critical thought and academic discussion on photography in the region. On top of that, SIPF also aim to promote audience development through a slew of outreach programmes that will take photography to the man on-the-street.
